If you''re committed to ensuring that change is understood, adopted, and sustained, we want to hear from you!What You''ll Do:Build and articulate compelling cases for change in collaboration with programme teams and leaders.Lay the groundwork for effective change by assessing readiness and identifying risks, dependencies, and enablers.Provide assurance on change readiness to programmes and sponsors, highlighting gaps and necessary actions.Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment, sponsorship, and role-modelling.Anticipate and manage resistance to change through insightful engagement.Design and deliver engagement and adoption plans that support sustained change.Create clear, multi-channel communications ensuring messages are relevant and meaningful.Track adoption and success measures, taking action to mitigate risks.Ensure that change translates into improved customer and colleague experiences.
