The role is offered as a Permanent contract working on a hybrid working basis. The ideal Business Change Lead will establish and provide a partnering consultancy lead service and approach change management that supports leaders to fully engage and enable the organisation to deliver lasting sustainable outcomes and long-term value. The duties of the Business Change Lead include:Lead the people side of complex business change programmes, ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working, systems, processes and organisational structuresDesign and deliver change management strategies and plans that maximise engagement, readiness and long-term adoption of changePartner with senior leaders, programme teams and key stakeholders to embed effective change practices across the organisationProvide expert coaching, guidance and support to leaders and managers, helping them successfully lead teams through changeIdentify and manage change impacts, risks and resistance, implementing appropriate interventions to improve outcomes and minimise disruptionWork closely with project and programme teams to integrate change management activities into delivery plans and business objectivesDevelop stakeholder engagement, communication and ..... full job details .....
