      <description>Location: Winchester | Salary: &amp;pound;15.42/hour | Type: Temporary | Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a  Business Change Coordinator  for a Police force based in the South of England to actively support the planning, coordination, and execution of business change activity.     Location:  Winchester (1 day in the office, 4 remote)   Contract:  2-3 months   Salary:  -15.42 PAYE per hour (UMB available)      Main Responsibilities    To provide administrative support alongside advice and guidance to the Management Team in relation to progress of tasks associated with the Business Improvement Team (BIT).  Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ascertain the relevant information to inform decision making.  To provide a range of documents which may include preparing reports, procedures, processes, flow charts, graphs, presentations, agendas, actions and administration.
