Job Title: Business Change AnalystLocation: Warwick (2 days a week on site)Contract Type: 6 months contract Our client, a leading organisation in the utilities sector, is seeking a dynamic Business Change Analyst to play a pivotal role in their National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET) ETCC programme team. Key Responsibilities:Champion Change:Advocate for the importance of change within the programme and wider business areas, ensuring stakeholders fully comprehend the changes and garnering user and customer support.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to clearly define business problems by eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements. Facilitate workshops to interpret business and user needs for new processes and technologies.Requirements Management:Capture and document business processes and requirements, maintaining these outputs until handover into the business. Data Analysis:Utilise SQL to analyse data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support data-driven recommendations and decisions. Record risks and dependencies effectively. Management Reporting:Establish management reporting mechanisms through Power BI dashboards, ensuring information integrity and coordinating updates.
