You will be involved in:Maintaining a robust management and resource process for Continuous Improvement projectsLiaise with functional leaders, front-line managers, technicians, and operators as part of a multi-functional team to drive changeEnsure improvements are identified and followed to ensure a safe working environment, driven through departmental objectives and managementSupport SQCDP continuous improvement activities highlighted within the business, including local cost reduction projectsAssist in the development of 5-10 year investment strategy including tooling replacement, reporting of critical asset risks, and replacement needsSupport the completion of CPR 1053, TCO, and PUWER assessmentsAssist in preparing monthly CDT reviews, ensuring accurate reporting and updates within Rate, Enablement, and Quality Moonshot packsParticipate in ..... full job details .....
