What you''ll be doing

• Manage and grow key client accounts
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross selling opportunities
• Conduct centre tours for prospective clients
• Generate new business through networking and referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client support
• Renew and expand client agreements to maximise revenue
• Manage billing, invoicing and debt recovery processes
• Monitor occupancy levels, renewals and account activity through CRM systems
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
• Lead, support and develop Customer Service Assistants
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, GDPR and operational standards
• Manage supplier relationships and facilities contracts
