As the centre manager you''ll be the main point of contact for your clients (ie the tenants in the building who rent office space or use the co working areas) Mainly these are innovative start ups, with a focus on tech as this is one of the newest and most exciting hubs in the East of England and part of a University Campus. You will be supported by and lead your small team - including receptionist and an assistant manager. You''ll deal with the day to day oversight of the building and keeping your clients happy as well as handling sales enquiries, the PandL, budget and team rotas.
