They are now looking for a Business Canvasser with proven lettings experience to support their growth by engaging with landlords and property owners. The Role of the Business Canvasser Property Telesales: Contact prospective landlords and property owners using the internal CRM and additional lead sources Build relationships and present the company s lettings and property management services Secure new instructions and grow the managed property portfolio Maintain accurate records of activity and progress within the CRM Work closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth onboarding of new business The Person: Experience within the lettings industry is essential, ideally with knowledge of the London market Confident, articulate and professional telephone manner Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach Results-driven, motivated, and able to work independently Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a pipeline of opportunities The Package for the Business Canvasser Property Telesales Basic salary of up to £28,000 Uncapped commission structure with ..... full job details .....
