Business ArchitectBournemouth Area Hybrid4-5 Month ContractOutside IR35£550-£600 per day I''m currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Business Architect to join a major enterprise-wide transformation programme. Following a significant digital transformation, this role will focus on redefining business processes, shaping a new operating model, and ensuring the organisation is positioned to realise the benefits of its transformation investment. Key experience required: Enterprise-level Business Architecture experience Designing and implementing Target Operating Models Redefining and optimising end-to-end business processes Strong understanding of Agile Value Chains and value-driven delivery Experience working in highly collaborative environments Ability to influence and engage senior business stakeholders Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills Role details: 4-5 month initial contract Outside IR35 £550-£600 per day Hybrid working 2 days per week on site in the Bournemouth area This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the future operating model of a large organisation while working alongside senior business and transformation leaders.
