      <description>Location: Yorkshire | Salary: 60000.00-60000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are seeking a superb Business Architect to shape, design and define the business change required to deliver an ambitious growth strategy. This is an enterprise-level role establishing a structured approach to shaping strategic initiatives before they enter delivery - ensuring investment decisions are grounded in clearly defined problems, opportunities, outcomes and value. You will lead the development of future-state business architectures, target operating models, capability maps and transformation blueprints, working in close partnership with Enterprise Architecture so that business and technology change are designed as one. You will also own the definition and tracking of transformation benefits from shaping through to post-implementation review. Outputs include opportunity and strategic option assessments, capability maps, target operating models, customer journey designs, transformation roadmaps and blueprints, benefits frameworks and executive decision papers.
