Your mission? To formalise, document, and elevate the end-to-end business architecture that supports our operating model. You''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring clarity in our processes, governance, and systems, while identifying risks and providing actionable recommendations that drive scalable success.Key Responsibilities:Business Architecture and Process Definition:Lead the formalisation of the SECC end-to-end business process.Develop clear and consistent process maps covering all stages of the SECC lifecycle.Ensure processes align with strategic objectives and deliver operational efficiencies.Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:Define and document RACI models for key processes.Identify ownership gaps and propose remediation strategies.Systems and IT Enablement:Document IT systems and tools that support each stage of the SECC process.Highlight system dependencies and data hand-offs.Risk, Control and Weakness Assessment:Assess the end-to-end SECC process to identify ..... full job details .....
