We''re seeking an experienced Business Architect to join a major ERP transformation programme. You will shape operating models, map business capabilities, and define services that enable effective decision-making and digital transformation.

• Develop and document operating models, business capabilities, and service maps.

• Assess current vs. future processes and identify gaps, risks, and dependencies.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business analysts, IT teams, and external delivery partners.

• Ensure AI technologies (including GenAI and agentic AI) are embedded into processes from the outset.

• Provide assurance that all designs meet governance and strategic objectives.

• Proven experience in business architecture, including capability modelling and operating model design.

• Strong background delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP projects.

• Knowledge of embedding GenAI/agentic AI in business processes.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience in complex, federated organisations.
