This is the work that comes before delivery: turning strategic intent into a defined set of changes, and making sure every major investment starts from a clear problem, a clear outcome and a credible view of the value. You will take initiatives from idea to investment decision, framing the problem or opportunity, laying out the options and putting a value on the outcomes before a programme is stood up. You will author the design the organisation builds from: business capability models, current and future state assessments, target operating models spanning people, process, technology, data and governance, and the roadmaps and blueprints that tie them to the investment portfolio.
