These include the implementation of a new policy management software, cloud and supplier migrations, and a range of business and regulatory changes that will redefine how the business operates.As part of this transformation, our client is seeking an experienced Business Architect to play a key role in shaping and delivering their future operating model.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver divisional-level roadmaps and business architecture solutionsPartner with C-Suite stakeholders to support execution of strategic initiativesDesign and implement new processes, governance frameworks, and organisational structuresOwn, develop, and maintain the Target Operating Model (TOM)Support the delivery of transformation across the full business change lifecycleAbout YouWe are looking for candidates with:Proven experience in Business Architecture and developing Operating Model artefactsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiencesDemonstrated experience delivering roadmaps and transformation solutions at divisional levelExperience working in Financial Services, Insurance, Investments, or Pensions (highly desirable)Why Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in ..... full job details .....
