These business-critical systems include Power BI, PeopleHR, Netsuite, Halo and Expensify, to name a few. The role will work closely with all internal departments, such as Finance and Payroll, through to HR, Operations and Procurement, to maximise the efficient use of internal systems and to keep errors or issues minimised and resolved with minimal business impact. Using tickets raised by users, you will investigate, troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of issues that may arise and take ownership of these problems from start to finish. But the role is not just about issue management, it will include the broad variety of upgrades, enhancements, testing, reporting and even data extractions, API integration and user setup andamp; permissions.
