Business Applications Support, £30 - 33,000 pa Permanent Farringdon, London Bench IT seek to appoint a Business Applications Support Technician to be a focal point in supporting all of the core software solutions that make the organisation run. These business-critical systems include Power BI, PeopleHR, Netsuite, Halo and Expensify, to name a few. The role will work closely with all internal departments, such as Finance and Payroll, through to HR, Operations and Procurement, to maximise the efficient use of internal systems and to keep errors or issues minimised and resolved with minimal business impact. Using tickets raised by users, you will investigate, troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of issues that may arise and take ownership of these problems from start to finish. But the role is not just about issue management, it will include the broad variety of upgrades, enhancements, testing, reporting and even data extractions, API integration and user setup andamp; permissions. To succeed in the role, you will bring with you: A tenacious appetite to resolve issues within business-critical systems Demonstrable experience within a similar previous role Experience supporting business systems, such as ERP, HR, Payroll within a fact-growing organisation Attention to detail coupled with accurate and concise reporting and administration of these systems Experience with SQL, Power Query, Data migrations and API Integrations Netsuite Administrator certification ITIL, business ..... full job details .....
