Business Applications Manager West London | Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) £100k - £120k Permanent opportunity A successful and fast-growing PE backed events business is seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager to lead the strategy, development, integration and support of its core enterprise applications landscape. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for a portfolio of business-critical platforms, where you''ll partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future applications roadmap. Key Responsibilities Own the strategy, governance and life cycle management of enterprise business applications. Lead the delivery of application enhancements, integrations, upgrades and transformation projects. Manage relationships with business stakeholders, third-party vendors and implementation partners. Oversee application support, service performance, releases, security and compliance. Lead and develop a high-performing applications team while driving best practice across development and delivery. Technical Experience Required Strong experience leading enterprise applications teams within a complex business environment. Hands-on understanding of C#/.NET application development and software delivery practices. Proven experience with Salesforce, including administration, configuration and platform enhancement.
