This is a key role responsible for ensuring business-critical applications are effectively supported, governed, and aligned to business priorities. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers, you will drive service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across a complex application landscape. The Role You will be responsible for the operational ownership and governance of a portfolio of business applications, ensuring high levels of service performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and supplier accountability. Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will manage service issues, oversee application performance, support operational change, and ensure technology services continue to meet evolving business needs. This role is focused on service ownership, stakeholder management, operational governance, and supplier management rather than hands-on technical delivery.
