Business and Requirements Analyst - NATSInitial 6-months 450pd, UMB inside IR352-3 days p/w onsite in WhiteleySC required, can start with BPSS Our client, a leading organisation within the defence and security sector, is seeking a Business and Requirements Analyst for a contract opportunity based in a CTC environment. The role will support business improvement initiatives by identifying, defining and documenting business needs, while ensuring clear and effective requirements management across delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:Elicit, refine and document business, stakeholder and solution requirementsDevelop business models, process maps and simple organisational designs using workshops, interviews, modelling and structured documentation techniquesInvestigate departmental business issues, clarify complex situations and identify opportunities for improvementProvide evidence-based analysis and recommendations to support business decisionsWork closely with stakeholders to build a shared understanding of requirements and prioritiesSupport project managers by clarifying scope, assumptions and constraintsLead analysis activities on small projects or defined workstreams, escalating complex issues where appropriatePrepare high-quality documentation and models to support project delivery and business changeJob Requirements:Experience in business analysis and requirements managementStrong ability to elicit, analyse, manage and document requirementsUnderstanding of business process ..... full job details .....
