This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating seamless, personalised travel experiences and working with a mix of corporate and leisure clients.About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements, delivering high-touch service, and building long-term client relationships. The position combines business travel coordination with bespoke leisure travel planning. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, book, and manage domestic and international business and leisure travelProvide expert advice on flights, accommodation, car hire, and related travel servicesManage complex itineraries, changes, and disruptions efficientlyBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive serviceEnsure compliance with client travel policies where requiredUse GDS and booking tools accurately and effectivelyAbout YouPrevious experience as a travel consultant - corporate (preferred), leisure, or bothStrong knowledge of airfare rules, ticketing, and travel productsExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressureComfortable working autonomously while contributing to a teamGDS experience essential (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)What''s on OfferSupportive and experienced team environmentOffice-based positionVaried role across business and leisure ..... full job details .....
