We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded educational organisation on the outskirts of Horsham for an experienced Business and Finance Manager to oversee the finance, business operations and support services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong financial management experience who enjoys leading teams and driving operational excellence. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key strategic role while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the financial management of the organisation, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, management accounts, VAT and procurement. Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior leaders and governors/trustees. Manage the day-to-day finance function, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant. Oversee operational areas including premises, HR administration and support services. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, statutory requirements and internal policies. Lead and support internal and external audits. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Provide strategic financial advice to the senior leadership team.
