Business Analyst/Product Owner - The City, London

We''re looking for an experienced Product Owner, Product Analyst or Business Analyst to join a technology team delivering innovative products within the insurance industry. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years experience working in the Insurance sector. You''ll act as the link between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams, helping shape requirements and deliver products through Agile development. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes. Gather, validate and document business requirements and user stories. Manage and prioritise the product backlog. Support sprint planning, reviews and Agile ceremonies. Develop and maintain business and system processes. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Communicate client feedback to technical teams. Maintain the product roadmap. Experience Required 3+ years'' experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Software Engineering. Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Good understanding of product life cycles and Agile ceremonies. Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous. About You Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
