To enable this, they are embarking on a bold and significant business transformation reviewing and improving operational processes across the Group and modernising their technology stack. The existing data is being restructured and are moving towards Snowflake as their enterprise data platform. The team consist of Data Analytics and Insights and are forming a new Data Engineering function. Legacy systems need optimising, particularly around month end where issues need troubleshooting and improving, but also all new systems and data will flow into Snowflake. We are seeking a Business Analyst that has experience of clarifying business requirements from stakeholders and converting to technical specs for the data engineering team to build from.
