Business Analyst Somerset HybridWe''re recruiting for a Business Analyst to join an established organisation delivering a mix of business, operational and technology change projects.You''ll work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and technical teams, taking ownership of requirements from initial discovery through to delivery. This is a varied BA role suited to someone comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall environments.What you''ll be doingEliciting, analysing and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirementsCreating user stories, epics and acceptance criteria for Agile deliveryProducing Business Requirements Documents and functional specificationsMapping as-is and to-be processes and identifying opportunities for improvementMaintaining requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycleRunning requirements workshops and stakeholder sessionsAssessing the impact of proposed business and system changesSupporting solution design, testing and acceptance activitiesWorking with technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage scope, priorities and dependenciesSupporting product backlogs and wider change initiativesWhat we''re looking forYou''ll need strong Business Analysis experience with a good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and experience working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.You''ll also bring:Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skillsExperience of business process mapping and ..... full job details .....
