As part of this investment, they are building a dedicated Business Analysis &amp; Change function and are looking to appoint a Business Analyst with a genuine understanding of how a UK financial advice business operates.   This is not a highly technical Business Analyst position. Instead, we''re looking for someone who can identify opportunities to improve processes, challenge existing ways of working and help deliver meaningful change across the adviser and client journey.
