      <description>Location: London | Salary: 45000.00-45000.00 Annual | Type: Contract | An international Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to assist with strategic project initiatives and daily business operations to improve business processes. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing and documenting business requirementsReviewing workflows to enhance efficiencyAssisting in project coordination and implementationUAT for system/process changesPreparing user guides, training materials etcProviding daily operational supportYour experience must include:Strong proven and relevant analysis experience in retail banking and/or BA (regarding retail/online banking/payments) to translate complex business requirementsAbility to create UAT Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is ESSENTIAL Excellent commination skills both written and verbal Strong IT skills - Excel and ideally PowerBI and SQLThis is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the London office and 1 day remotely.</description>
