Business Analyst

We''re working with an organisation going through significant change at the moment and are looking for a Business Analyst who will be assisting on a system migration project.

This role will be playing a key part in ensuring the migration runs smoothly, supporting system optimisation, process improvement and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Lead enhancements and optimisation initiatives
• Support transformation projects, including system upgrades and integrations
• Produce functional specifications, process maps and user stories
• Assist with UAT, training and post-implementation support

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working on system migration project
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
