This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same - you’ll be right at the heart of shaping how the business evolves.What you’ll do:Work with stakeholders to capture and prioritise requirements for business changeSupport projects across digital, new systems, and process improvementsAnalyse problems, create solutions, and ensure changes land successfully in the businessWhat we’re looking for:Around 2–3 years’ BA experience, ideally across a mix of projectsStrong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.Proven experience delivering business change across people, process, and technology.Agile/Waterfall exposure, plus JIRA/Confluence or similarApply now
