      <description>Location: Cardiff | Salary: &amp;pound;300 - &amp;pound;325/day | Type: Contract | Business Analyst – 2 Month Initial Contract – Hybrid – Cardiff   VIQU have partnered with an NHS organisation who are seeking a Business Analyst to support a portfolio of digital, data and business transformation initiatives.  Working across both business and technical teams, the successful Business Analyst will lead discovery, requirements gathering and process improvement activities, helping to shape and prioritise future digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.   The Role:    Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business needs and opportunities for improvement.  Gather, document and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements.  Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation and service improvement.  Produce business analysis artefacts including user stories, process maps, gap analyses and business requirements documentation.  Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
