Key Responsibilities Support the development of business casesGather requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagementAnalyse, prioritise, and clearly define requirementsCreate process maps and system modelsTranslate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteriaMaintain clear, organised documentation aligned to business and technical goalsEnsure requirements are traceable through delivery and testingCollaborate with teams in Agile and/or Waterfall environmentsSupport governance, compliance, and data standardsAssess the impact of change across processes, systems, and peopleContribute to change readiness and ..... full job details .....
