Experience Required: Business analysis and process modelling experience, including AS-IS and TO-BE mapping using recognised process standards such as BPMN. Experience facilitating discovery workshops, process walk-throughs and requirements sessions with operational and technical stakeholders. Understanding of RPA, Power Platform, Agentic AI delivery lifecycles, automation suitability assessment and development handover requirements.
