Business Analyst Location: Belfast Pay Rate: £24.45 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per weekWe are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic digital services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst to play a key role in delivering ICT projects, driving service improvements, and supporting system development within a large and complex organisation. The Role As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, gather requirements, support system implementations, and ensure projects deliver effective solutions that meet business needs. You will contribute to service improvement initiatives, testing activities, reporting, and change management across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritise business needs.Support the delivery of ICT projects and service improvement initiatives.Produce clear documentation, reports, process maps, and project updates.Coordinate and participate in testing activities to ensure successful system implementation.Work collaboratively with project teams, technical staff, and external suppliers.Support change management, training, and business readiness activities.Present findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences.Monitor project progress and contribute to successful project delivery.
