Business Analyst - Telecommunications Sector - Networks, Security, Privileged Access IDPP is working with a Global Service provider within the telcoms sector, to source an experienced Business Analyst for large TSA programme. Duration: Initial 6 months Location: Hybrid working, with requirement to travel to Reading andamp;/or London 2 days per week. Rate: £475 per day, Inside IR35 Responsibilities will focus around capturing, analysing, and managing requirements for the PAM/PAW workstreams. Gather and define PAM/PAW requirements with business, security, network, operations, and compliance stakeholders. Analyse and document current processes, access models, user journeys, risks, and control gaps. Define target-state business and operational requirements. Support the development of privileged access use cases, roles, user groups, approval workflows, and operational processes. Produce key artefacts including requirements documents, process maps, user stories, use cases, traceability matrices, and acceptance criteria. Assess and document business impacts, process changes, operational readiness, and transition requirements. Support test planning by defining acceptance criteria and validating requirements coverage. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements discussions. Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through implementation and handover.
