You''ll be tasked with: System Integration and Configuration: Continuing the configuration, optimization, and implementation of our brand-new digital booking platform Platform Migration and Streamlining: Managing the transition and data migration away from disjointed Legacy systems into one unified ecosystem. Enhancing Guest Services: Expanding system capabilities to support high-touch customer services Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as the critical bridge between technical delivery consultants and business teams to ensure features align perfectly with operational needs.
