The programme involves the migration of core Issuing capabilities from the existing TRIAD platform to ARIC , while supporting the creation of the co-dependent Issuing/Acquiring ARIC platform. This is a high-profile programme with significant impact across business processes, controls, decision-making, governance, customer outcomes and regulatory obligations . The role will be particularly important in ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, appropriately documented, challenged where required, and translated into deliverable outcomes. The programme is also subject to time-critical third-party dependencies, with TRIAD reaching end of support in Q3 2027 . Successful delivery is therefore critical to mitigating operational, financial and stranded-cost risks to the Issuing business.
