(Hybrid Working)Purpose of the Role:An experienced Business Analyst supporting a multi-million-pound Surveillance Compliance Remediation Programme within Financial Services. Responsible for driving business analysis across regulatory and technology workstreams to strengthen surveillance capabilities, enhance control effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations relating to market conduct and financial crime.As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:Lead business analysis activities across multiple surveillance remediation workstreams within a large-scale regulatory programme.Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements across business and technology teams.Support workstreams ..... full job details .....
