Working within a secure government environment, applicants must have active Security Check (SC) clearance in order to apply.You''ll play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and the wider business, working closely with stakeholders, developers and multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs, improve business processes and deliver valuable digital solutions. The successful candidate will be confident leading stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, mapping business processes and translating complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.Requirements:Proven experience working as a BA within agile software development teamsStrong experience in stakeholder mapping, engagement and relationship managementExperience analysing costs, benefits, risks, constraints and resource requirementsExperience defining KPIs, success measures and cost baselinesActive SC ClearanceWe are only able to accept applicants who already hold an active SC clearance.
