Business Analyst

Salary: £56,535 Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract Location: Birmingham - hybrid, typically 1 day per week onsite Pension: 14.5% employer contribution Annual Leave: 40 days We are supporting a large, complex organisation through a significant period of business and technology change and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a senior, hands-on BA position with the opportunity to work across a range of strategic transformation initiatives. You will engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation, helping to understand business challenges, improve processes and translate strategic objectives into practical, deliverable change. The role will suit someone who enjoys getting underneath how an organisation operates, challenging existing ways of working and helping shape solutions from the initial problem through to implementation. The Role As Senior Business Analyst, you will: Lead business analysis across complex business and technology change initiatives. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams. Facilitate workshops to understand business challenges, requirements and future needs. Analyse and document As-Is processes and identify opportunities for improved To-Be processes. Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritisation, management and traceability.
