Business Analyst - SAP RISE Migration (Trips Data) - London 6 month contract: (37.5hrs week) *Urgent 6 Month Contract* This is a *London* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working to *collaborate with teams to improve product workflows and user experience* What you''ll do Drive discovery and prioritise migration requirements. Own PRDs from creation to sign-off - document current and future states, functional needs and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and secure formal approvals. Analyse order/agent journeys, spot improvements and support launch readiness. Success looks like Clear ownership of your capability, with a solid backlog. High-quality PRDs that delivery teams understand and sign off on. Tangible improvements in customer/agent experience metrics. Must have Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end requirements ownership. Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making. Experience in agile or hybrid delivery with Product andamp; Engineering. Nice to have Background in support, contact centre or order management. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro or BPMN tools. Work style Highly autonomous within clear boundaries. Close cross-functional collaboration. Focus on clarity and measurable outcomes.
