Senior Business Analyst - 12-Month FTC (Hybrid)£50,000 to £60,000 base + bonus + pension + 25 days holiday.Bournemouth2 days per week in the office.We''re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our client''s business change portfolio team on a 12-month fixed-term contract of employment. This hybrid role offers flexible working, with two days per week required in the office.The OpportunityYou''ll deliver high-quality business analysis across the full business change lifecycle, from shaping ideas through to successful delivery. Working closely with stakeholders, architects, and project teams, you''ll define and document requirements, manage risks and dependencies, ensure end-to-end traceability, and support effective delivery practices.What We''re Looking ForStrong process modelling skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement and managementExperience defining scope and high-level requirementsProven background in Agile and Waterfall environmentsExperience operating in complex matrix organisationsAbility to produce and coach others on analysis artefactsClear and confident communicationStrong organisational and multi-tasking skillsGood examples of where and how you have improved ways of workingPlease ensure that you know this role is offered on a 1 year FIXED TERM CONTRACT basis, on a permanent salary with benefits.
