This is a hands-on delivery role, working across website transformation, CMS implementation, APIs, data integrations and digital product delivery. The Role You''ll work closely with Product Owners, developers, testers and delivery teams to: Own, manage and prioritise backlogs across CMS and data workstreams. Map customer/user journeys and translate requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Define content models and editorial workflows within a headless CMS environment. Analyse APIs, integrations and data flows supporting the migration and development of the new platform. Facilitate workshops and turn complex or ambiguous requirements into clear deliverables.
