Business Analyst (SaaS Migration)

We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a market leading provider of IT Project Management Services, who are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be working with a client within the legal sector, supporting a major SaaS migration and cloud transformation programme.This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in Central London.The Role The successful candidate will act as the key link between Technology, business stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners, ensuring transformation projects are fully defined, appropriately governed and delivered in line with business requirements. Key responsibilities include:Gathering and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirementsMapping current-state and future-state business processes and operating modelsFacilitating workshops with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and delivery partnersAnalysing integrations, data flows, security requirements and business processes impacted by technology changeSupporting data migration planning, validation and business acceptance activitiesIdentifying process improvements, user adoption requirements and operational impacts arising from transformation initiativesProducing business analysis artefacts including process maps, requirements catalogues, decision logs, comparison matrices and business casesSupporting testing, UAT, service transition, support model ..... full job details .....
