Business Analyst (HR Systems / Workday HCM Transformation) - 24-Month FTCLocation: London (Hybrid - 4 days per week onsite)Contract: 24-Month Fixed-Term ContractWorking Pattern: Full-TimeThe OpportunityA leading UK-based organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimisation of a new Workday HCM platform as part of a wider people systems and operational transformation programme.This role will play a critical part in understanding, documenting, and improving HR processes across a complex, multi-entity environment. Working closely with HR, Finance, Reward, Operations, and technology teams, you will ensure business requirements are clearly defined, validated, and translated into successful system outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR, Reward, Finance, and operational stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.Map end-to-end hire-to-retire and employee lifecycle processes, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardisation and improvement.Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, process documentation, and acceptance criteria.Translate HR process requirements into clear specifications for system integration and delivery partners.Support the design and optimisation of organisational structures within a complex, federated business environment.Assess the impact of new HR processes and system functionality on HR teams, managers, and employees.Validate workforce and people ..... full job details .....
