This role is crucial for supporting the delivery of a major transformation programme focused on replacing a key legacy system that is central to business processes across content commissioning, rights management, contributor payments, tax compliance, and syndication.Day-to-day of the role:Engage in deep, hands-on discovery and process analysis, working directly with operational users across the business.Document complex and often undocumented workflows, producing detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process models.Create comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 process maps using tools like BPMN, Lucidchart, and Visio.Investigate and document the use of offline tools and workarounds that bypass system limitations.Capture and document detailed business logic, including complex edge cases and exceptions.Support the Senior Business Analyst in discovery sessions, capturing detailed notes and iteratively updating documentation based on stakeholder input.Map data flows between systems and support the translati...</description>
