Day Rate: -375pd (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an SC-eligible Business Analyst with experience in the Public Sector to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyse processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives and supporting successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and communicate them to relevant teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with business process modelling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Must be SC Eligible.
