Business Analyst / Project ManagerLocation: Paddington, London Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite Rate: 48 per hour Inside IR35 / Umbrella Contract Type: Initially 3 monthsThe OpportunityWe''re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a key programme supporting International Commercial functions within a leading global pharmaceutical organisation based in Paddington. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that prioritised business initiatives are delivered successfully throughout 2026, allowing senior business stakeholders to focus on strategic planning, road mapping, business planning, and risk management activities. You will work closely with business and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, supporting delivery activities, and managing stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with International Commercial stakeholders to understand business priorities and objectives.Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation activities.Support the delivery of operational and minor project initiatives across commercial functions.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with technical and business teams.Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.Produce high-quality project and business analysis documentation.Work independently to ..... full job details .....
