Business Analyst / Project Manager

to deliver change initiatives across front-to-back trading processes for a leading financial institution. The role requires close collaboration with trading desks, middle office, risk, and technology teams to drive improvements and implement new solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture, refine, and document business requirements with precision.Manage projects through full lifecycle — from analysis and design to delivery and rollout.Enhance trade lifecycle controls and strengthen validation processes.Act as the link between Front Office, Operations, and Technology, ensuring alignment and timely execution.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations across multiple business lines.Core Skills and ExperiencePractical experience with

Equity-linked instruments

(e.g. warrants, certificates, convertibles).Strong understanding of

Derivatives , particularly

Rates and Credit

products.Solid knowledge of

OTC derivative structures

and valuation methods.Familiarity with the

trade lifecycle

and operational control frameworks.Proven track record operating in both

BA and PM capacities

within investment banking or capital markets.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior Front Office staff.Contract DetailsRate:
