Business Analyst - Product and Software Development

Business Analysis and RequirementsLead Business Analysis activities across multiple products and development squads.Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, user needs, product objectives and desired outcomes.Facilitate requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions.Analyse, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements.Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that development teams can use to design and build solutions.Produce detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting analysis documentation.Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes to requirements throughout the development lifecycle.Challenge requirements where appropriate to ensure that proposed solutions address the underlying business need rather than simply replicating existing processes.Process Analysis and DesignAnalyse and document As-Is business processes, identifying inefficiencies, pain points, opportunities and constraints.Design To-Be processes that support new or enhanced product capabilities.Use process mapping to communicate business processes, system interactions, user journeys and proposed changes clearly to business and technical stakeholders.Identify opportunities to simplify, automate or improve processes through software and AI-enabled capabilities.Assess the impact of proposed product changes across existing processes, users, products and ..... full job details .....
