With AI enabling improved possibilities, we are seeking a remote based Business Analyst / Process Improvement Specialist to play a key role in this journey. The role focuses on mapping operational processes across the Group and redesigning them with innovation in mind. The role Working across schools, colleges and central teams, you will review how work is currently done, document and analyse end-to-end processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to design clear, agreed future-state ways of working. Your work will ensure that all future solutions are built on robust, well-understood operational foundations that will improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality This role does not select or implement systems or AI tools; instead, it provides the vital insight and structure that allows those decisions to be made effectively.
