Business Analyst Taunton, Somerset Permanent Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site Up to £50,000 per annumOur client are seeking to onboard a Business Analyst into their team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements, working closely with both stakeholders and technical teams to support successful project delivery. Experience required: Holds or is committed to achieving a Business Analysis International Diploma or possesses equivalent experience/qualifications.Has a solid understanding of relational databases and is capable of interpreting, creating, and updating SQL.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and support techniques through research, training, certifications, or conferences to apply current industry best practices.Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective documentation and stakeholder engagement.Builds strong rapport and relationships with users and IT colleagues to facilitate effective system management and support.Demonstrates sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills, taking initiative to resolve issues ..... full job details .....
